An account is only here if you have booked a service before. There is no sign-up on its own.
If you have not booked yet, there is nothing to open. Book a service and the email you enter becomes the account.
Book a serviceAlready booked? Enter the email or the mobile from that booking. If you have booked more than once, and the email or the mobile matches, those services are shown together.
